30-day return window from date of delivery
We take great care crafting and packaging every piece. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
Contact us within the return window at hello@woodplacestudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. We encourage you to review dimensions and customization choices carefully before ordering.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
