How It Started
Wood Place Studio started with a wedding — our own. While planning it, we wanted wood name tags and drink tags for our reception, but couldn't find anything that felt personal or well-made. So we designed our own: double-layered, laser-cut name tags and wooden drink tags, engraved with the names and details that mattered to us.
Guests kept asking where we found them. That question became Wood Place Studio — a small Los Angeles studio making laser-cut wood pieces for other people's weddings and events.
